THE NEW BILL OF RIGHTS FOR WE THE PEOPLE Preamble WE THE PEOPLE OF AMERICA, are fed up and tired of watching powerful institutions “investigate themselves" and magically find 0% wrongdoing 95% of the time, hereby declare: We get to grade our own homework from now on and yours too. This New Bill of Rights is for every citizen who has ever been told to "calm down," "stop asking questions," or "trust the process" while the process was clearly held together with duct tape, lies, tyranny and corruption by a gang of cowards. We are no longer pretending the current government actors are not tyrannical jackasses. We are done pretending the system isn't screwing us over while lining its already fat pockets. We are done pretending accountability is optional. ALL LOBBYING IS NOW BANNED AND ATTEMPTED VIOLATIONS ARE A MANDATORY LIFE SENTENCE IN A CAGE. BIG CORPORATIONS ARE FINISHED RUNNING THE SHOW. THIS IS OUR COUNTRY. This is our Constitution now. And it is hereby declared The Supreme Law of the United States of America because WE THE PEOPLE SAID SO AND THAT IS JUST THE WAY IT IS. DEAL WITH IT OR YOU WILL FIGHT US! How has that worked out for you in the past? Article I - The Right to Call Out Bullshit We the People reserve the right to loudly, publicly, and unapologetically point out when something is off even if the official report says: "We investigated ourselves and found we did nothing wrong." Cute. We're doing that now, but your right to do it is now revoked. Article II - The Right to Real Accountability If an institution messes up, they don't get to: • Investigate themselves • Clear themselves • Promote themselves • And then send out a press release saying "thoughts and prayers" Nope. We want are the oversight, not "we investigated ourselves and we found no wrongdoing" even though we are on video and we are lying. Article III - Equal Justice, Not Selective Justice We the People declare that justice should not depend on: • Your job • Your paycheck • Your connections • Your haircut • Or your ability to say "I feared for my safety" with a straight face YOU NOW FACE THE SAME CONSEQUENCES YOU HAVE USED ON US. UH OH! Article IV - Protection From Authority Tantrums We the People shall not be subjected to: • Power trips • Ego meltdowns • "Because I said so" enforcement by our delusional employees • Or rules that magically change depending on who's asking Authority is not a personality trait. WE THE PEOPLE ARE THE AUTHORITY. Article V - Transparency or Shut Up About It We the People demand: • The right to search our employees on our land • Receipts • Documents • Explanations • Accountability • And answers that don't insult the intelligence of a toddler If you can't explain it without cooking the books, gaslighting and lies, you shouldn't do it. Article VI - Humane Treatment for All We the People believe that no one should be locked in a cage for years over non-violent nonsense while others get a slap on the wrist for things that would make the devil blush. If the punishment is harsher than the crime, YOU ARE WRONG AND YOU ARE FIRED! Article VII - Democracy Means WE Vote, Not Just Y'all We the People reserve the right to MAKE THE RULES OURSELVES on: • Oversight • Accountability • Community safety • Your spending of OUR MONEY If it affects us, we make the rules. That's democracy. Not the bullshit you have been doing. Article VIII - The Right to Roast Power We the People retain the sacred right to: • Criticize institutions • Question authority • Laugh at hypocrisy • And roast any system that acts like it's above the law Roasting is not rebellion. It's patriotism with seasoning. If it offends you we don't care. Article IX - The Right to Dignity (Even When the System Lacks It) We the People demand: • Respect • Fairness • Humanity • And not being treated like we have been in your delusional power fantasy Dignity is a right, not a reward. Article X - Supremacy of the People All authority flows from We the People. Not the other way around. Not ever again. If the system forgets that, we will remind it loudly and with the full force of WE THE PEOPLE. You cowards don't want these problems again and you know it.
